These 3 days/2 nights retreat is perfect for anyone looking to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation but with limited time. During the retreat, you will practice yoga and meditation daily, explore breathing techniques, and enjoy a rejuvenating experience for both your body and mind. Experience the beauty of the Annapurna Himalayas while you’ll also have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the local yoga culture while traveling.

Included in the retreat:
• Pick up and drop of service from Pokhara
• 2 nights of accommodation in Pokhara. We provide shared or private accommodation (upon request).
• Meals for three days (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Breakfast of first day it’s not included, dinner of last day is not included.
• The program includes: Yoga and meditation, sound healing (check our sound healing information), crystal therapy, one body massage, praying and chanting. Morning & evening sessions.
• Half-day Nature hiking/half-day sightseen
• Organic herbal tea

This 7 days/ 6 nights Yoga and meditation retreat offers a transformative journey into a deeper understanding of yourself through the teachings of yoga. Over the course of seven days, you’ll explore yoga philosophy, theory, and practical techniques, while fostering personal transformation. This retreat is designed for both beginners and intermediate practitioners, providing valuable insights into ancient yoga and meditation practices.

• 6 nights of accommodation in Pokhara. We provide shared or private accommodation (upon request). 
• Meals for seven days (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Breakfast of first day it’s not included, dinner of last day is not included. Cleansing diet for purification. Detox meals.
• Wellness activities. Two body massages included and daily spa
• The program includes: Yoga and meditation, sound healing (check our sound healing information), crystal therapy, one body massage, praying and chanting. Morning & evening sessions.
• Daily group sound healing session (check our sound healing information)
• Half-day Nature hiking/half-day sightseen
• Evening fireworks/Hawan offering

A typical retreat day starts with the yoga session at 8 am, followed by a healthy breakfast.

At ten o’clock there will be an individual session, which can be arranged by appointment and depending on your needs: gratitude meditation, reiki healing, seven chakra opening & balancing, sound healing, silent meditation, holistic massage.

After a healthy lunch and the lunch break, the afternoon programme starts at 2 pm. Dinner is served at around 5.30 pm.

The price will include food and accommodation as well.

We are growing and serving our own vegetables, herbs, fruits which we cook in yogic sattvic style. This food -we used to say- is good for everyone. Especially if you eat it with our lovely friends and family members from all around the world. Our menu does not only have fresh seasonal fruit smoothies or juices, mixed vegetable soups, buckwheat rice lunch set or sisnu soup but we always have fun, joy and a perfect view on the table.
