If we speak, we still lose energy but silence can be used to restore this loss. Either for emotional or physical stress, silence has a healing power. In sanskrit it is called Maun Dharana, this means: to heal our own body by ourselves.
During this Retreat we practice meditation, inner chantings, prayings and gratitude for the whole universe. By doing this our whole body naturally starts to be cleansed inside.
Silence helps us to listen to our inner self to be able to power it again after: traumas, self-esteem issues, stress, anxiety and so much more that we suffer from in our modern world.
